I found a lawnboy 7050 outside a steel dumpster. 3 primes and 2 pulls and it fired right up. I couldn't believe anyone would throw out a LB. anyway can someone point me in the right direction to figure out the year of this model. The sticker on it says outboard marine 7050 and a serial #. Also it was running real Ruff and smokey. I'm gunna drain the fuel again and clean the carb once more. There doesn't look to be a high speed screw so Im guessing the carbs are set and you just adjust the governor fan thing?

Made from 82-86. Serial #'s starting with A for 82, ending with E for 86. Turn the thumb wheel on the gov clockwise to increase rpm, counter to decrease. You'll hear it 'click' with each adjustment.
