Peppertasteup or something similar. One of those deals imitating microsoft security. It asks if you wish to CONTINUE (presumably within the forum). If you click on it, you're screwed. Looks like they call it "scareware". The best thing you can do is open your task manager and kill whatever browser you're using. Reopen the browser and when asked to restore tabs, select NO. That's the easiest way to deal with it imo. Stupidly, I clicked it. I saw it in 2 locations within this forum. One larger window and one not so large.
