So I'm doing some side work for a lady, painting and such, and she give me this old 3 drawer Steel works metal file cabinet. I get it home, open it up and realize there's nothing to hang files on. I used to have one just like this, but never paid attention to what held up the files.
The sides are only about 3" high. The back is the same. There's holes along the top of the sides. While the front drawer facing is about 10.5".


You guys have an old file cabinet like this?

install shelf liner in the bottom and use it for storage . It's mouse proof .

Those look like they'd work. But there's an 1/8th" ridge in the middle of the drawer. It looks like these frames would wobble.
