I have ordered replacement jets, needles, gaskets, valves for a carb on an FH601V engine - just found out parts will take 2 months to arrive from Japan. Tried ordering a carb assembly (which was cheaper) but this has been discontinued and no stock.
Just located a complete carb assembly from an FH721V (brand new) and can be delivered within a few days. Will this fit the FH601v ? I believe the throttle valve opens a little more giving a few extra HP - apart from that they are identical to the FH601V carb ?
