Hello All,

I'm sorry to post another one of these which to buy threads. I pretty much have it narrowed down to
Ferris is700 for $6400 - 52" deck 23 hp kawasaki and z3400 transmissions vs
Snapper Pro S150x $6500 with 52" deck and 26hp Vanguard and z5400 transmissions

Both mowers come with 4 year warranties. I almost put the money down for the Ferris when I read a few concerning posts about problems with the ferris suspension and or frame. Now that I have done more research I see the snapper comes with z5400 transmissions to.

I do have a local hustler dealer to, looks like the fast track is also in the price range - I don't know much about them though.

I will be cutting 3 family properties, 1 about an acre of grass, then 1.75 acres, and the largest between 4-6 acres of grass. I am open to other brands, the budget is set at $6500. I know there are better machines out there, but I really don't want to expand the budget any further.

Thanks in advance for any help / info!

They are both red and made by the same manufacturer. Honestly, you can't go wrong with either one. I like the Kawasaki engines myself, but you should buy the one you fell in love with. Either would serve you well. I wouldn't get too hung up on the hydro's as both will power that size machine without issue. I am also a fan of the suspension
