Anyone have a tip on removing the starter on Ferris IS600Z with 25 hp Briggs & Stratton Commercial engine - 52" deck.
The starter bolts seem impossible to get to without pulling the motor out or disassembling the top of engine (flywheel, etc).
Looking for a tip/trick before doing more than necessary. Thank you.

Without the mower model number and the engine model, type, and date code numbers it is only a guess but it looks like the LH fuel tank has to come off to access the starter screws (bolts).
