Ferris 700Z 52' help with oil dripping probably from brake shaft(?)

Hello there,

I have Ferris 700Z 52'
I would really appreciate your help if someone maybe know why or which part probably causes oil dripping and it causes problems
it looks to be the brake shaft(probably?) and if so where can I buy the parts I need to fix the problem(ebay, amazon etc would be good or if oem can be sent worldwide), yes I know it's dirty I hope you can still see it.

The illustration isn't 100% my exact model but it's extremely similar if not.

Most like it is the o-ring that is bad. one on each end. They are dash 111 o-rings. The bad new is you will need to pull the unit as it got be split to replace the o-rings.
