FD590V Exhaust Backfire

I have a 1994 John Deere 320 that has been running fine. I did the cam swap two years ago. Now, once it warms up, it is popping out the exhaust, and loss of power. It was blowing black smoke also so I put a new OEM carb on it, cleared the black smoke but still popping out the exhaust. changed both coils, and both plugs. I also checked the connectors where the pick up leads plug in together. Still the same thing. Everything that I have changed were original parts to the tractor. The tractor has 1,120 hours.

I would check the valve adjustment you may not have enough clearance
