We have a big family camp out this weekend and we usually set off fireworks and the like and release helium balloons in honor of deceased grandparents, does anyone else do things to commemorate family?

We do a couple of things 2 times a year, usually once during summer, like 4th of July and once over Christmas. We do food, gifts, etc.

We usually go down to the Grand Canyon in mid September. The air is good and chilled, and the tourists are back home. It's great.:smile:

I would love to go to the Grand Canyon, it seems like it would be a very beautiful place, when is the best time to go?

It is good to see that people still keep a hold of family traditions for sure. I worry than in this fast paced world we live in it will get passed up for something else.
