f-3680 stalling problem

I have a f-3680 that from time to time the mower just stalls we change the fuel pump ,fuel filters ,fuel cap ,key switch ,cleaned out fuel tank any suggestion would be very helpful at this point thanks

If it has a rubber fuel line then change it. The inner liner could be flapping closed when the engine is running.
