I have a customer with a 23hp Kohler Command on Exmark walk-behind that has a flooding issue- gas in cylinders and crank case. is this only the needle valve needing replacing, or is there anything more causing this...like float or fuel shutoff solenoid? has the Keihin BCH Carb, but I can only find complete overhaul kit not just needle valve and gaskets.:confused2:
