I have a Pioneer that is three years old. It ran out of fuel and now it will not start up. Was running fine, I put more fuel in it and all it does now is turn over. I cleaned the plugs and put back in it. It has the Kawasaki engine. Does anyone have any suggestions????

Best run cleaning checks on all your fuel paths, including removing tank and washing out.
Replace any inline filters you find and dismantle carby bowl and clean, including dismantling
fuel solenoid if possible and clean the slide components.
Pretty standard stuff on the site. A search for "fuel" AND "start" may return more detailed
explanations.

Trust that helps some.

Probably picked up some debris from the fuel tank. I would check the fuel flow to carb. If that's good then clean carb.
