EXmark mower LZ20KC604 keeps blowing fuses

I have an EXmark mower 2002 that keeps blowing the fuse have checked most of the wiring have not found a short yet. Have checked all safety switches. It unplugged the rectifier and it will not blow the fuse but it still won't start. If I have the trigger connected to started and both the start and kill relay are not installed it will blow a fuse. Needing help to find the issue I have put a new starter bc I thought it was a bad selnoid but I was wrong. Thought I found issue when I found a dead mouse but no burnt or shorted wire. Any help is appreciated.
 
Did you find the problem? WHich model Exmark is it and which engine?
That mouse may have chewed through a wire and its grounding out.
