Exmark lazer z e series right hand motion control lever issue

Recently purchased a exmark lazer z e series, 60” deck with the Kawasaki engine. Seems to be a good mower however there does appear to be a manufactures defect concerning the right hand motion control lever. The lever is prohibited from going full forward due to the spring-leaf hitting the control lever frame box. The dealer made adjustments so the mower would track correctly however now the mower will not operate at full power. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Sorry, I have no experience with that issue but it sounds like you have a new mower. My advice would be to hound the dealer until it’s fixed properly!

the spring bar is designed to pull the lever back to neutral when in reverse. it was installed on the wrong side of the stop bar. look at the other side. will have to undo the lower pivot bolt to repair
