Exmark deck adjuster hitting rr wheel

Exmark quest 50" deck. Not turning left - adjuster hitting tire. Nothing looks bent or broken and no obvious bolts missing. Any ideas?

Check the mounting of the hydro/drive motors and see if they are out of wack. Also get us a photo of the rim not just the tire.
