Hi, I have a Jacobsen HR4600 rotary mower with a Kubota diesel engine. Recently, when I turn the ignition key to off the engine doesn't turn off. The ignition lights also remain on.
I need to manually pull the fuel cut-off lever on the side of the engine to stop it turning over. I then need to disconnect the battery to turn the ignition light off (I can hear relays releasing at this point).
The engine will now start no problem.
I can see a fuel cut-off solenoid but it does not seem to be energising to cut the fuel when I turn off the ignition. I have a manual with circuit diagrams and I can post them if that helps?
