Engine will not crank or turn over

I have a cub cadetLt2180 that will not turn done checked all i know how to starter and Battery is good I tried to jump across solenoid none of this worked for some think the Valve may be out of adjustment is there anyone experiencing similar problems or if any solutions will be greatly appreciated thanks

Welcome Andrew.

More info will be needed. Which engine in your mower, when was the last time it ran correctly, and how a valve being out of adjustment could cause a "not crank or turn over" issue.

With an known good battery, and jumping across the solenoid, that only means two things one bad starter, or two lockup up engine. Can you turn the engine over by hand.
