I have a Briggs & Stratton 18.5 HP engine in a Z225 zero turn John Deere lawnmower. I was wondering if it would be possible to swap the engine to a Briggs & Stratton 20 HP 40G777-0123.
My engine went out and while browsing online I noticed that the B&S 20HP was on sale for slightly less than the 18.5
Would there be any major hurdles to swapping out for this option?
