engine spec anyone

can some someone tell the differnence between a B&S intek 18.5 31P707-0123-E1 ENGINE AND A B&S INTEK 19.5 HS 31P677-0804-B1 ENGINE. I KNOW THE HORSERPOWER IS DIFFERENT BUT WHAT BOUT SHAFT AND BOLT PATTERNS

Cranks are the same and bolt pattern should be the same but sumps are different due to 1 having an oil filter and the other without.
Horse power means nothing as its just a sticker.

THEY BOTH HAVE OIL FILTER ON THE SIDE OF ENGINE??????

Possible differences could be different camshaft, different carb, different jet in the carb, among cosmetic differences. After the horsepower lawsuit, engine builders are required to change a component to list it at a different horsepower.
