Working on a OH195ZA-71275J. The engine is on a garden tiller that is belt driven from the engine. When I pull the starter rope the engine kicks back and pulls the rope out of my hand. I figured the flywheel key was sheared. Tore it down to the flywheel and the key is fine no marks on it. What else will cause the kickback problem on this engine? Thanks for your help.
