Hit a ditch while mowing and mower died. starts fine but dies when I try to engage mower. blades not stuck. I am looking for a wiring diagram to see if a safety switch wire is shorting out.
Does it also die when you release the clutch/brake pedal or just when you try to engage the deck. If it dies with the brake pedal then look at the seat switch. If keeps running then I would be thinking about relays wiring, If you remove the deck belt, and engage the pto does it keep running or does it die.
