Engine dies after 15 to 20 minutes of operation

I have a Bad boy mz magnum which runs fine for 15 to 20 minutes, but then dies and the PTO switch is hot. The PTO switch had quit working and I replaced it last week and I replaced it. I had recently replaced the PTO clutch. Any ideas as to why it dies?
