On my 2021 Maverick Bad Boy Zero Turn Mower the Electronic Hour Meter stays on, even when the key is in the off position. Is this normal?

Can be normal depending on the hour meter installed. Cheaper ones are internally battery powered and have liquid crystal displays which pulls very current. Fancier models are battery backed up but receive main power from the electrical systems.

Model and serial numbers of you mower allows us to look up your mowers setup.

Yes...Bad Boy Hr meters do show the hr display at all times.

yes it is normal, my Husqvarna has one
