Make sure battery is fully charged to do this simple test. To check voltage output you need to make sure you have 12 volts going into voltage regulator, this wire comes from ign switch when key is on, if 12 dc volts is not present check for short. Not the 2 white wires coming from under flywheel. Next test ac voltage coming from stator while running at high rpm. Volt meter should read 14-35 ac volts at each wire from stator. If you test good you then test voltage at battery at high rpm, 14-15 dc volts. Also make sure magnets under flywheel are still glued into correct spots. Keep me posted.
