Electric clutch

My mower has a vibration in it when I engage the electric clutch. I removed the clutch and I noticed a slight wobble in the pulley when spun. The play seems to be coming from the clutch, is there any way to tighten it up to remove the little bit of play in there or is there a bearing inside that’s done?

There is actually two bearings. I would drop the clutch and inspect the bearings.

Hopefully you mean you want to remove the clutch assy from the engine's PTO shaft. As you don't need to disassembly the clutch itself to check the bearings.

Most of the time you remove the bolt from the end of the crankshaft and the clutch falls off on your hand. Other times may take a little work. the part with the wires coming out of it and the pulley are one piece and comes off as a unit. the bearings are not replaceable in most cases. Failed bearings requires electric clutch replacment.

I was hoping that isn’t the case
