Echo SRM-231 bogs down at 50%+ throttle

Have a 14 yr old echo SRM-231 weed wacker. Starts up easy and idles nicely. However, when increasing throttle it bogs down. Here is what I've done so far

Replaced gas with trufuel non-ethanol, 92 octane fuel
replaced carburator and seal
replaced air filter
replaced fuel lines
replaced fuel filter
replaced spark plug

I can't bring myself to throw it away and it's slowly making me insane. Any help would be appreciated.

Hate to ask, but have you adjusted the low and hi mixture screws yet?

As far as I can tell, it only has a high adjustment, and adjusting that doesn't seem to do anything.
