I found a company that sells the small D with a long handle ,and comes with a large D tool with a short handle , not cheap 49.00 dollars but I think its well worth it .
blackchevy, For the Ryobi with D shaped adjustment screws this forum presents a $.49 version for DIY'rs. Even free if you have an old valve stem. Try the search function
That trick would be very difficult to use in poster's application. The carburetor he is referring too has a much, much smaller adjustment screw. To aid in difficulty, it is recessed in further than most and the hole around it is only a hair's width bigger than the screw. I'll bet the screw head is no bigger than 3-4 mm.
The part number for the handle only is 91086. It will be difficult to find at a reasonable price. I suggest if you can order one, order at least 2. I have broken 1 of them in the past because the ends are very very thin .
