Echo 355t no start. Has spark and 120psi compression. Previous shop replaced carb with walbro carb and tried adjusting carb with no success. I ve tried adjusting carb(2 full turns out from snug on the H n L) as well with no success. Saw was owned by tree service. Does 355t have any known vaccum leak issues?

Try the following settings
Initial Settings > Mixture 2-5/8 turns both L and H. Turn Idle Speed Screw CW or CCW until screw tip just touches throttle plate, then turn CW the 1-3/8 turns.
First turn L for max speed. Then set idle speed to 3800 and use L to slow down to 2800 by enriching fuel mixture CCW.
