eager 1 problem - prime push bulb 20 times - runs for maybe 10 seconds - stalls. think i have a fuel supply issue, have cleaned carb, replaced the needle and seat because originally gas was leaking from the air filter - reassembled no fuel leaking but will not run. i'm wondering if a fuel filter could be causing this. cannot find the fuel filter!!! this is a eager 1 917 383270

You have some kind of fuel mixture or fuel shortage problem. You may need to go thru all the basics to find the issue. Check head torque, valve clearances, fuel in the carb bowel. etc. Also on those carbs with the stepped bowl, they have to go in the correct direction to allow the float to properly drop.
