This has probably been discussed to the extreme But I just want to focus on the left hole in the venturee. According to Steve's Small Engine video, like me, I've found that sometimes the hole doesn't go all the way through to the hole coming from the bottom. And that either way, the engine runs fine. But with the one I'm working on now, it just won't run right.
This particular one, 09P702 0007 F1, is the 5.5 Gold. Carb is clean. It has the auto choke.
The choke isn't sticking. It's getting fire. It'll run for only a second or two usually. Sometimes it'll stay running for about 30 seconds. Like it's just not getting fuel or something.
Carb is clean. Jets are clear. Fuel line is new and fuel goes through the screen in the tank just fine.

85 to 90lbs of compression. Plug shows to have a little too much oil on it.

When it starts to die see if you can give it a shot of brake cleaner, see if it picks up speed, or just continues to die.
Have you tried running it with the gas cap loose?

Yes, it will keep running with carb spray.
No, it dies just the same with the cap on or off.
