have an older husky ( mtd) 42'' keeps throwing drive belt when shifting forward to reverse. any ideas what to check?

Look at the rear end/trans. They have the 4 main bolts that fasten them to the tractor, but also there is one at the front of the trans to the frame, make sure that one hasn't loosened and fallen out.
