I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this string trimmer. There isnt too much info out there about dolmar, especially trimmers, so I'm not sure. There is a dealer close and I'm thinking about going down and checking them out. Any info on them would be appreciated.

I almost bought one a coup,e of weeks ago. The guy that sells them here has a rental business as well. I never could catch him in the business long enough to buy the trimmer. I figured that if he was too busy for me to catch him to buy one he would surely be too busy for me to get it serviced.

I ran Dolmar chain saws in the woods logging back in the early 1980's and they were very good saws. I would rate their chain saws with anybody's. I looked at the trimmers as well and I believe that they would be as good as there is out there.

Well my dealer has a very good rep and just started carrying Dolmar. Dealer is very important in a purchase, I don't blame you for not purchasing.
