Buying Advice Does Honda HRR mowers still have roto stop blade stop issues?

Hi,

Thank you for the wonderful resources here.

I was all set to purchase a Honda HRR216VYA from home depot with the roto stop blade stop system. However, I have read many posts indicating issues with the roto stop have issues engaging. The number of posts is enough to make me worried.

I would rather not having to buy and return or send to dealer for fixes as transportation of the lawn mower in my tiny car is an issue.

I am wondering if people with recent versions have had any issues with roto stop or it has mainly been fixed?

I have had Honda lawn equipment for over 20 years. I never never had any issues with the BBC unit. I have seen where the cable needed adjustments which can be confusing.
