Hi. gold round metal piece (don't know what it's called, its bottom of attached picture) spins on one spindle but not on the other. However, blades spin just fine on both. Question: shouldn't they either both spin or neither? My cut seems a bit uneven but that may be due to uneven ground, not sure. Just seems weird one spins and not the other. Thoughts?

Just a bearing cover and most of the time they don’t spin. I wouldn’t be worried about it.
