Do I exchange my mower for a Honda Industrial

Hi All,

I currently have a Cobra 51 Inch Honda engine self-propelled mower. Its a year old. I have seen an industrial Honda 2020 mower that I can exchange for. Its had a full service. What are your thoughts on an exchange? For those who know better. Thank you
 
It's your money? Which is better? The term "industrial" is a selling gimmick these days. The term commercial use would be more of a reliable title.
 
I would be looking at ANY parts that are available for each machine.

Honda is out of the mower business last I heard.
