Have a brand new Snapper RER 28" 12.5 which I used for the first time yesterday. For the most part it ran fine - most issues are "newbie" caused. Only real problem is that I pretty much scalped major sections of my lawn. I have the deck set as high as it will go and the tires are set above suggested limits (came that way from dealer). I have heard that a long standing issue with Snapper RERs is that they are very limited in deck adjustments. Am about to tear into my machine this AM to see what I can do. Any help/suggestions are most welcome. Many thanks in advance.
