I have a Dixon ZTR 5423 that keeps throwing the drive belt. The drive belt is new and the pulley is new but every time I put the belt back, crank the mower - it throws the drive belt off again. A friend did tighten the nut on the brake before I replaced the belt. Any ideas what is going on?

With the belt off check for hydro pulley movement. You may have one locked up.
