I was having lack of power to this dixon ztr 4424 with Kohler command 15 model cv15s engine so i changed the air filter and that solved the problem....but caused another one

now, when i try to mow downhill, the engine stalls when i run downhill after a few seconds

thinking it must not be getting fuel

So i went and got a fuel filter for it thinking i'll try replacing it but i can't find the filter on the engine

the filter the mower shop gave me looks different than what i bought

is this the fuel filter that i took a picture of behind the left rear wheel on the left side of this engine?

if not where is it located and is there anything specific i need to do when replacing it?
