Model #966611801 Serial # 042312B001437. Last week the tensioner pulley failed. The part came in yesterday (surprisingly fast from Jacks small engines). I replaced the pulley, but now the PTO will not engage. I hear a click when I pull up on the knob. Any suggestions what the problem may be?
