Does anybody have any knowledge of the oil drain on a Dixon Ram ZTR. it is located under the starter and I can not directly see it. it has a rubber cap that just snap off to the side but I don't know how to open it. it seems they probably did this so you can attach a hose to it because it is located where the oil would just drain all over the frame. I'm working on my Sister-in-laws machine and don't want to damage the drain plug. how do I open it or do I remove it. Allen inside or just pliers and turn?

If she bought it new - the drain hose is with the owners manual in the plastic bag
