I have a Dixon 5422 ZTR I just changed the transmission fluid and filter on it. When purging it I noticed that the right side had a little less oil coming out than the left. When i drove it after changing the fluid it drove like normal. I had used the mower for about 1 1/2 hrs when the mower abruptly stopped and the engined died. After checking to see if I could see any problems I started the mower up. As soon as I release the parking brake the belt that goes from the engine to the T-Box smokes. The pulley under the T-Box is not turning. I would guess that the T-Box froze up. Is there any way to check this. If the T-box is bad can it be rebuilt or would i need to buy a new one. A new one online costs about $200.
