i just recently purchased a i believe it to be 1992 model 428 dixon mower and i think that the cone drive needs some major adjusting it had some parts that had broke and were welded on the right side drive i have removed all this and replaced everything back to with parts from another mower i was given and helped a lot but is still has little power going foward doesnt do to bad in reverse tho have searched endlessly for data on how to adjust the cones and disks but with no luck so if anybody can help me with this info it would be greatly appreciated
