Dixie Chopper Identification

I recently purchased an older chain drive that is in pretty sad shape. Wiring harness is a disaster, different engine. Only identification I can locate is a number stamper in the frame under the seat "76348" that I am guessing is the VIN. Using this number (if it is the VIN), how do I find out the model. Can use any help I can get with this.
