Attachments Discharge chute

Cub Cadet 1030: Mowed grass won't go up the discharge chute into the baskets.The grass prefers to clog up the chute. Poor design? unfortunate situation? I even went over the previously mowed area to pick up clippings to no avail. Any suggstions?

Change blades to a high lift blade. Anything less will not work at all. This should go without saying. Your grass needs to be as dry as possible.
