Deutz-Allis Sprint 830 doesn't want to start....

Hello,

It got a hand-me down Deutz-Allis Sprint 830 mower. Was working OK and then great when I cleaned the carb. Now, it doesn't want to turn over....

Any ideas?

Also, can I download a repair manual online?
