I've got a friend who owns a Gravely dealership. He has a 652 that is a 2021 demo model with 100 hours on it. He's knocking $2000 off the price (ends up $9700 instead of $11,700). It has a 5 year 1500 hour warranty on it and he' changing the oil, replacing the blades, wheels, all filters and painting any scuffs with touch up to prevent rust (it has a few scrapes on the back). Is it worth the discount to get the demo or should I wait until a new one comes back in stock. Side note, I have a 60 in Bad Boy Zero Turn that I'm selling and this one is a 52 in. After test driving it, it cuts WAY faster than my 60 inch and is easy to manage. I've got around 5 acres I'm mowing, should I look for a new 60 inch or will there be much difference using the 52.
In my opinion this is a no brainer, you know the dealer and he’s going to get the unit as close to new as possible. What are you waiting for, someone to make him an offer of $9500, which he might take to remove it from his inventory?

If the badboy is in good condition I would sharpen the blades on it rather than spend $9700 difference on a smaller mower. Just my 2 cents.
