I'm in the process of replating the underside of the deck with 1/8" ar500.. which will add approximately 100# to deck weight
I've used one before that's been replated with mild steel plate.. that's not the issue..
The added weight will increase the force needed to lift the deck by the foot pedal lift.
I've researched the spring assist that's connected to the roller chain lift .. found some sites that say it's a 200# spring .. trying to figure out how much more spring I'll need to counter the additional weight.
