This is my first post....i'm having a hard time finding the deck belt i need. On the last mower i got "craftsman" i got a manual with part numbers, this i didnt get anything. So it broke and i measured it at 109 so i got a belt at 109, to big forgot they streach. So i google the mower and the first one that came up was 103.27 something, so i got a 103.875 and its to small. so i google more and come up with 108......954-05022a......does anyone know the right belt i need? thanks very much Tom

Please post the numbers of the ID tag under the seat. We need to identify the deck size from those numbers.

Thanks for the reply......I figured it out......My numbers under the seat are CMXGRAM1130044 and 13APA1ZT093 and the belt above is the one mine uses....954-05022A.


But now i need some help to adjust it because it loose, can i get some slack out of it?

Also under the seat DOM is 11/2020, so i'm surprised that I had to replace my battery and this broke.

The only way is to put on a shorter belt. Most vendors are specing the the 954-05022A as 1/2 x 108-1/2. Depending how loose it is when the deck is engaged you might need drop down to 107" belt. Next size down is A106K belt out there that is 1/2 x 108 (Kevlar). The next size down from there is an A105K.
