Well, no idea HOW I did this, since it is 'bent' inwards, but I did. Some sort of rock or something in my nightmare of a swampy yard. Anyone have a suggestion on what to do to repair? As it stands, the blades contact this, so it can't stay. I have not tried bending back or anything, just so I don't make it worse before seeking help. Any help appreciated!

You can try asking Honda though typically from what I've heard they claim "abuse" and don't replace the deck. Can't hurt to ask though.

This is my biggest worry with my HRX and part of why I picked up a HRN too - what happens if they discontinue making decks and I need one.

1) You can replace the deck. I think they are about $200 - $250 from Honda.

2) You could bend it back and try to repair it. I've heard of people sanding and using fiberglass and epoxy. If you go that route I'd say make sure it's REALLY clean and lightly sand the area to help with adhesion... but I do not know how reliable or safe this approach would be but in theory it should work.
