D130 bracket loose and wont tighten

I was greasing the required fittings on my D130 for the first time. The fitting for the Front Axle Pivot was blocked by the Front Draft Rod. I loosened the bracket (on the frame) to allow it to swing out. After greasing, the nut (apparently a nylon lock style) will not retighten because the bolt turns. There is no visible access to the bolt head. I didn't want to just start taking things apart to gain access, if access is even possible. Advise?
The bracket is separated by about 1/4" at the most. I don't think the bracket is in danger of falling off, but it will swing side to side when force is applied.

"C" is pointing to the fitting.
The bracket is coming straight down from the pointer line. The threaded end and nut of the linkage rod that is attached at the bottom of the bracket is what was block the fitting from being engaged. The linkage is attached to the front side of the mowing deck. The opening of the bracket that the rod goes thru is a slot that allowed the rod to move and tilt as the deck raises and lowers. If had some grease on the rod and slot.

OK I looked at the exploded parts view and think you have to either remove the front of the mower hood or work your hand in there with a wrench.

You are very lucky to have taken the nut off to begin with since it was a nylock without a backup and I am wondering how you did it, but yes you will have to use a backup wrench to tighten it.

Had to remove the hood and the exhaust protector (?) to gain access to the bolt head. The protector should have a access hole to get a wrench in there.
